Multi-Day Scheduling

See your entire workload spread across an entire year with a live visual timeline you can track in real time.

Smart Breaks

Dynamic breaks auto-inserted at attention span limits β€” duration adapts to difficulty, so harder work earns longer recovery time.

This Study Planner & Time Management Tool is designed to help students of all levels organize their homework, assignments, and study sessions efficiently. By using this tool to visualize tasks, estimated completion times, and breaks, students can manage their workload without feeling overwhelmed.

The tool uses the Most Important Task (MIT) Method to prioritize the most challenging assignments first, helping students make the most of their attention span. It also incorporates dynamic breaks that automatically adjust in length based on assignment difficulty and are proven to improve memory retention and reduce cognitive fatigue, allowing students to study smarter, not longer.

With this planner, a student can:

  • Track assignments and homework by name, subject, and difficulty level
  • Visualize a multi-day schedule using the built-in calendar view
  • Boost productivity with scientifically-backed, difficulty-adjusted breaks customizable through 5 different planning methods
  • Spread large assignments across multiple days to avoid last-minute cramming
  • Set up recurring weekly routines for classes that repeat
  • Set deadlines and track progress over time
  • And so much more!

Whether you want to plan your entire year of homework or just focus on a single study session, this tool helps you take control of your time and improve your academic performance.

Start organizing your study schedule today and make every minute count!

1. Is this study planner free?

Yes! This Study Planner is 100% free and designed for all students 13+ years old. You can organize your assignments, visualize your schedule, and track your workload without paying a dime. No login required either! Everything is stored through local storage on your device and import/export options allow easy transfer of data!

2. Can using this tool actually help me improve my grades?

This planner helps you stay organized and manage your study time more effectively. By prioritizing important tasks, planning breaks strategically, and visualizing your workload, it can reduce stress and make it easier to complete assignments efficiently, which supports better learning habits, although there is no guarantee for specific grades.

3. Will this planner work even if I have extracurricular activities or a busy schedule?

Yes! The planner is flexible and designed to fit your real-life schedule. You can add as many assignments as needed, delete specific assignments and even stop your study session momentarily by clicking the "Pause" button in case of last minute changes. You can set time aside for extracurriculars using the in built task menu which separates academic assignments from fixed tasks.

4. What if I misjudge how long an assignment will take?

If you finish an assignment earlier than expected, the "Next Assignment" button allows you to move on to the next task immediately, while the planner uses elapsed time of the assignment and time to the next break to re-calculate the rest of the plan on the fly! Additionally, The planner's built-in pop-up after each assignment allows to extend study times for each assignment if they take longer than expected.

5. Can this planner help me manage my workload without burning out?

Yes! This tool doesn’t just track assignments. It helps you plan breaks strategically, prioritize challenging tasks first, and spread work evenly across days. By visualizing your workload, you can maintain productivity without feeling overwhelmed.
